Shipping Policy
Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your item(s) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date.

Although rare, from time to time there might be delays, if so, that information will be relayed to you, if we encounter an issue. Times may be delayed because of Weather, Carrier Issues, Technical Problems and even Human Error.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are based on weight and distance. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Shipping options reflect the policies of the shipping company you choose.
Shipping Time is in Business Days and begins the day your item is shipped. (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays do not count as shipping days.)
Standard Shipping (2-6 business days)
Express Shipping (2-4 business days)
Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
Local Delivery:
Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Local orders placed before 2 pm during store hours [11 am to 5 pm] will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

Return & Exchange Policy
At DIA FI, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn will treat us fairly. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Eligible Items:

We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn items with their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items must be in resalable condition and free from any signs of wear, including stains, odors, or damage.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After 30 days, we may not be able to process your request.

Return Process:

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary.

Refund Options:

For returns, we offer a full refund to your original payment method, including any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

If you prefer, we can also issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Exchange Options:

If you wish to exchange your item, we will gladly assist you in finding an alternative size, color, or a different product within a similar price range.

In case the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund as per our refund options.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other cases, including size exchanges or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions and Limitations:

The following items are non-returnable: personalized/customized items, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

Returns during promotional periods may be subject to specific conditions, which will be clearly communicated.
